Write Quick Inc.'s team of specialists provides services for a wide variety of clients in the high technology industry. We have extensive experience in all types of technical writing, including API references, developer documentation, installation guides, user guides, online help, white papers, and websites.
We use an individual or team approach—whatever is best for your project—to get your work done fast, efficiently, and with the highest possible quality.
Monique Semp, Principal, has more than 20 years of documentation and software experience. With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a strong interest in writing, she began her career as a software engineer writing PL/M and C code for automated train control (the "people movers" in airports), and the accompanying user manuals. Her later projects reflected evolving technology and trends, including object oriented programming, software process improvement, and usability design and analysis.
During the dot.com boom, Monique came to the Bay Area. She worked in the internet audio space where she increasingly focused on technical writing. In her next position she became an official API Writer, writing developer documentation for Java-based wireless applications. Looking for a greater variety of projects, Monique began Write Quick, Inc. in 2004.
When work is done, Monique and her husband Bill while away many an hour on the hiking trails, in their Petaluma flower and herb gardens, and cooking up many a tasty treat.

Abby Breedt, Senior Technical Writer, has more than 25 years of experience in technical, academic, and business writing and editing. A recipient of many writing awards, Abby specializes in administrator, developer, and user documentation, as well as technical white papers. Abby has a B.A. in History and a Masters in Information Science.
A lifelong resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Abby and her husband Rudie, a software developer, work together on dynamic websites and software applications as part of their business, Breedt Consulting.

Kathryn Palmer Slee, Senior Organizational Change Manager, provides more than 30 years of expertise in change management and program and business analysis. In both the public and private sectors, she has delivered excellent strategic plans, executive presentations, evaluations, white papers, business and system analyses, user manuals, and supporting documents such as requests for proposals, proposals, and contracts. A recipient of many awards, Kathryn is a certified change manager whose skills and expertise can complement your management staff. Kathryn has a B.A. In Political Science and a Masters of Public Policy.
When Kathryn and her husband, David, are not busy personalizing their Northern California home with their own creations, they are working in the garden or learning something new.
